Renegades

Renegades is an open community of people who support each other around one vision: We want people from marginalised groups to have radically better chances of being hired and succeeding in our own workplaces.

So we meet online, 3-4 times a year, to talk through questions, situations, ideas or problems happening in our own workplaces. Everyone is encouraged to add to the agenda, whether new to the group or not.

We are at varied levels and roles in a range of UK workplaces. We’re not experts in inclusion or human resources. But we know we can still influence or participate in hiring, inducting, managing and changing culture in our own workplaces, and we want to do it better.
